Had a unique tattoo on the back of his neck which possibly read “diesel.” Unknown tattoo on his right bicep. Wearing a long sleeve plaid dress shirt, blue jeans and sunglasses.

Narrative: The FBI Houston Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man and his female accomplice who robbed the Capital One Bank, located at 8401 Westheimer in Houston, Texas, on Monday. The robber was clearly photographed by the bank’s surveillance cameras.
At approximately 2pm, the robber entered the bank, approached a teller, and handed her a note which demanded money and stated he had a gun. At about the same time, the robber reached under his shirt and motioned as if he were concealing a gun. The teller placed some cash on the counter. The robber took the money and placed it inside a T Mobile paper bag. The robber exited the bank and got into a small, black vehicle driven by a female accomplice. The duo was last seen driving west bound on Westheimer.

Narrative: At approximately 4:45 p.m., the robber entered the bank, approached tellers and demanded money. He left the bank with the cash on foot. No getaway vehicle was observed by the witnesses. It is not known if the subject was carrying a weapon. Prior to committing the robbery, investigators believe this same man attempted to rob the Randall’s Grocery Store located at 2225 Louisiana in Houston, Texas.
