Stocky build; over 200 lbs. The robber had short hair with a receding hairline. The robber wore a white hooded sweatshirt with gold emblems all over it, blue t-shirt, blue sweatpants and white shoes. |
| Narrative: |
The bank is located inside the Kroger at Altamesa and McCart. The robber entered the store and walked up to the bank. He presented a note to the teller and took money from the bank. The robber fled the bank, ran south through the parking lot towards Altamesa Blvd. The robber took off his hoodie and shoved it under a dumpster. He then crossed Altamesa Blvd and entered the Whataburger at the southwest corner of McCart and Altamesa. The robber went into the men’s restroom and removed his outer layer of clothing. Hid his clothing in the restroom and came out into the lobby wearing a white shirt and white shorts. The robber borrowed a cell phone from an employee of the restaurant and made a phone call. |

The robber was wearing a distinctive white hoodie with gold emblems on it. He abandoned this item. Someone who knows the robber may recognize the jacket and notice that the robber no longer wears it.
The robber made a phone call from the Whataburger using a borrowed phone. He was likely calling for a ride home. A witness may have seen a black male wearing a white shirt and shorts getting into a car at the restaurant at around 6:35pm. If you did see something like this please contact Detective Thompson. |
