Narrative:

Investigators say a white male in his early 20’s entered the Main
Source Bank on N. US 31 around 5 pm. He approached a teller and
displayed a typed note that read, “No alarms, no dye packs. Give me
your 100’s, 50’s, 20’s and no one gets hurt.” The man took the cash
he was given and got into a dark-colored vehicle in the Burger King
parking lot south of the bank.

Description: The depicted suspect robbed the bank after handing the teller a

hand written note on lime green paper demanding cash. He is

described as a B/M, 5’7”, medium build, with a scruffy beard.

He was wearing a white T-shirt with a FAB FIVE design on the

back, black pants, and white tennis shoes with black laces.

He put the money into a black canvas bag and fled the scene.
Narrative: On 06/29/09 at approximately 2:15 PM, a B/M entered the Chase Bank at 5635 N. Illinois Street. The male was carrying a bag as he approached the teller window. The male reached into the bag and produced a pre-written note that said “this is a robbery, give me $50,000 and don’t give me any dye packs”. The clerk told the suspect that she did not have $50,000, so the male verbally told her to give him all of her fifties and hundreds. The surveillance video photos were immediately released to the media and were shown on the evening news, which has a link listed below.

Narrative: Preliminary investigation has revealed the suspect walked into the bank at approximately 9:42 a.m., displayed a dark colored semi-auto handgun and demanded money from a teller. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect left the bank and began walking eastbound on Mill Street. There were no customers in the bank at the time of the robbery and bank personnel were unharmed.

A witness reported seeing a small silver 2 door passenger car (no other description) leaving the area eastbound on Mill Street at a high rate of speed. No other information is available.
